• Adding a questionnaire at the end of each training program including questions that measures the satisfaction percentage of the content, learning platform, used media, and the support provided to beneficiaries, in addition to any notes that might help in improving the training process and environment.

• After completing the process of collecting questionnaire results periodically (quarterly), then a report is prepared for the general satisfaction percentage of the program, based on which the training program and environment are improved according to the report results.
