Cancelation Policy

Cancelation policy and trainee failure to attend the training programs

Cancelation or postponement of the course (48) hours prior to the session:

  • Trainee or entity may cancel or postpone the course at least (48) hours before it is held.
  • Canceling or apologizing shall be electronically documented, otherwise it shall not be considered.
  • Therefore, the paid amount shall not be refunded, but an alternative date may be scheduled in a period that does not exceed a calendar year from the payment date.

Cancelation or postponement of the course (24) hours prior to the session:

  • An amount of 50 % shall be deducted from the fees of the program in case the cancelation or postponement is made at least (24) hours before the course is held.
  • Canceling or apologizing shall be electronically documented, otherwise it shall not be considered.
  • Therefore, the paid amount shall not be refunded, but an alternative date may be scheduled for the course after paying the remaining fees in a period that does not exceed a calendar year from the payment date.
  • Exceptions are made in force majeure; this shall be assessed by the Department of Academic Affairs and Training.

Failure to attend or non-cancelation of the course (24) hours prior to the session:

  • Trainee or entity may not recover the registration fees or reschedule the course if failed to attend and failed to electronically document the cancelation at least (24) hours before the course is held.
  • Exceptions are made in force majeure; this shall be assessed by the Department of Academic Affairs and Training.

Cancelation of the course by the Saudi Red Crescent Authority:

  • If the Saudi Red Crescent Authority cancels the course, the full amount of fees shall be refunded to the trainee or entity upon request, or it shall be considered a credit for the trainee or entity for a calendar year from payment date.
