Cancellation and Refund policy

In case a refund is requested, the entitlement will be verified first, and then the process will take 10 working days for bank transfers.


Cancelation policy and trainee failure to attend the training programs.

Cancelation of the course (48) hours before the session:

  • Trainee or entity may cancel the course at least (48) hours before it is held.
  • Canceling shall be electronically documented, otherwise it shall not be considered.
  • Therefore, the paid amount shall not be refunded, but it will be added to the electronic wallet to be used within one financial year.

Cancelation of the course (24) hours before the session:

  • An amount of 50 % shall be deducted from the fees of the program in case the cancelation is made at least (24) hours before the course is held.
  • Canceling shall be electronically documented, otherwise it shall not be considered.
  • Therefore, the paid amount shall not be refunded, but it will be added to the electronic wallet to be used within one financial year.

Cancelation of the course within (24) hours of the session:

  • Canceling within 24 hours of the session will not be refunded.

Cancelation of the course by the Saudi Red Crescent Authority:

  • Keep the amount as a balance in the wallet to be used during the financial year until 15 December 2024.
  • The amount will be refunded to the bank account from which it was paid within 10 working days.

Failure to attend the course:

In case the trainee doesn’t attend the course, the entity or the trainee will not be eligible for a refund.

Note:

  • The wallet balance can be utilized during the financial year until 15 December 2024 to register for training courses with paying difference in course prices.
  • Exceptions are made in force majeure; this shall be assessed by the Department of Academic Affairs and Training.
